Location and Design:

Location: The Oriental Venice community stretches approximately 1750 meters along the Wulong River coastline. The main entrance is about 500 meters from Fuxia Road, extending 1750 meters east-west and 500 meters north-south. The river offers a vast and picturesque view, with the Five Tiger Mountain on the opposite bank. The community is connected to the external river through two water gates, utilizing tidal fluctuations for a 48-hour community water cycle.

Design Theme: The design of Oriental Venice focuses on "proximity to water" and "being near water." The architecture incorporates traditional Chinese "inner courtyard" design, allowing each indoor space to have scenic views. The exterior landscape integrates seamlessly with the overall building design, achieving the ideal of "architecture being in the landscape." The design also features Australian architectural elements, with some villas having external flower trellises.

Feature: Duke Island in Phase II is the only standalone water island project in the city, offering 1750 meters of riverfront view with every unit facing the water.
